1. Age Requirement

  • You must be 21 years of age or older to enter the venue, purchase tickets, or order alcoholic beverages.
  • A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (State Driver’s License, ID card, or Passport) is required for entry at all times.

2. Dress Code & Presentation

  • Dress code requirements may vary depending on the specific night, theme, or event. However, upscale, stylish, and decent attire is required at all times.
  • Overly exposed, vulgar, or inappropriate clothing (e.g., near-nudity) is strictly prohibited.
  • Venue management and security reserve absolute discretion to determine the appropriateness of attire and to deny entry to anyone failing to meet our standards. (Note: Any official venue dancers or performers are part of scheduled entertainment productions).

3. VIP Table Reservations, Late Arrivals & Refund Policy

  • Late Arrivals: Reserved VIP tables are held up to the scheduled arrival time agreed upon at booking. If you are running late, you must contact the venue directly in advance to coordinate and hold your table. Failure to notify management may result in the release and rebooking of your table.
  • No-Refund Policy: All deposits, table reservations, ticket purchases, and bottle packages are strictly non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: Refunds or rescheduling requests are evaluated solely at management’s discretion in documented cases of emergency.

4. Code of Conduct, Safety & Security

  • Spice Club Hollywood maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for violence, aggressive behavior, illegal drug use, harassment, and any actions that violate local, state, or federal laws.
  • Security personnel are authorized to refuse entry or immediately remove any individual from the premises who engages in disruptive, violent, or unlawful conduct, with no eligibility for a refund.

5. Media Consent & Commercial Content Release

  • Spice Club Hollywood actively captures high-quality photography, video, and audio during operational hours for marketing, social media, and commercial promotional purposes.
  • By entering the venue or attending our events, you grant Spice Club Hollywood the right and permission to film, photograph, and record your likeness, and to use such media worldwide across all marketing and promotional channels without compensation.
  • Opt-Out: If you do not consent to the use of your image for commercial promotional purposes, you must notify venue management in writing before your visit at [insert your contact email].

6. Changes to Lineups and Programming

  • Event details, special guest performers, theme nights, and DJ lineups are subject to change without prior notice.
